Project Goals

As the participants emphasized, Digital Pathology is a fundamental part of the National Oncology Plan, which includes creating digitalization pathways for Pathological Anatomy.

The main objective is to create a new, fully digital workflow where traceability ensures the consistency and integrity of patient data, guaranteeing high standards of precision and diagnostic accuracy.

Of particular interest is creating a fully integrated pathway within the laboratory and reporting processes, from slide scanning to reporting on the Viewer ZEEROmed by O3, through interfacing with the LIS application.

O3 Enterprise is truly honored to be an integral part of such an innovative project, certainly among the most advanced at the national level, coordinated by Prof. Perrone and his team. This project involves other major companies in the sector and lays the groundwork for this continuous innovation process in pathological anatomy.
