ISO 27001 CERTIFICATION

We are proud to announce the achievement of the ISO 27001 certification along with its specific extensions for the provision of Cloud services (ISO 27017) and personal data protection (ISO 27018).

The purpose of the ISO 27001:2022 certification, titled “Information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection — Information security management systems — Requirements”, is to establish and maintain a management system that ensures the safeguarding, monitoring, and availability of corporate information security and integrity.

The specific scope of application for our company involves providing services for the design, development, commissioning, and maintenance of imaging software solutions delivered in both on-premise and SaaS models.

O3 Enterprise adopts a proactive approach to managing security incidents through processes aimed at:

  •  Detecting and reporting breaches and vulnerabilities;
  • Investigating every incident and implementing corrective actions;
  • Maintaining an incident log for analysis and continuous improvement.

Achieving this certification ensures the secure management of corporate information, identifying and mitigating risks specifically related to our scope of application.

Additionally, the ISO 27017:2015 and ISO 27018:2019 extensions enforce advanced security standards for Cloud services and personal data protection.
